What a treat this year to take my son to Canada for the first time. Fishing started slow due to the weather, but picked up later in the week.

Another trip has come and gone. I would have to rank this as the best trip we have ever had in terms of the number of fish caught (1439 walleye!!!) and the weather. Only one day of rain that gave us a chance to sleep in and relax a little bit. We had a couple of newbies on the trip. I still cannot understand why the new guys always catch the bigger fish!

Our 10th annual Canada fishing trip!! We experience something new every year. This year was no exception. We were pulled over by an airplane!! We were all in compliance, but it was quite the site as the plane landed less than 50 yards from our boat. More picture of that on others to come soon!!

Hard to believe another trip has come and gone. Great time as always. Caught the biggest pike, perch and lake trout of my life this year. Can't wait for next year. -Benjamin
